I love the fillet of beef at the California Grill. I agree with your point that good meat doesn't need that much sauce but this dish really works for me.

When I was there last I was talking to the waitress who said that the fillet of beef and the halibut outsell everything else on the menu by about 5-1. I don't see them getting rid of either dish soon.

I haven't tried most of the other food on your list, but the Chinese is shockingly bad food but I can't help but be drawn to it every time I visit. I usually visit Japan straight afterwards to feel better about myself though.

Really? The meatloaf at wolfgang puck??? It must have been a bad day for the chef because I LOVED it. I thought it was even better then the meatloaf at 50's Prime Time (which I thought was really good as well). Interesting.
