Using Magical Express without Documents.

Use Magical Express instead.

It happens: You book a flight late or you simply forget to call, and by the time you remember, it's too late to get your Magical Express documents and those little yellow tags that make your life so much easier.  Well don't panic.  You can still use Magical Express. In fact, you can even take advantage of their luggage delivery service.  Here's how it works.

Normally a few weeks prior to travel you'll receive your Magical Express booklet and yellow tags. You'll put those yellow tags on your checked baggage, check it at your home airport, and the next time you see it will be in your resort room, usually 3 - 5 hours after your plane lands.  When you get to the airport, you'll just show your booklet to the Magical Express attendant at the gate and walk to the bus (with a short wait before boarding, most likely).  It's that simple. 

If you don't have the booklet, you can still ride Magical Express. Just go to the Magical Express counter first (it's the big long counter to your right as you walk toward the lines) and give them your name. Your resort confirmation number helps too, but it's not necessary; all your information should be in the system. They'll print up a new booklet for you and you're on your way.

But what if you don't have your yellow tags and you still want to take advantage of the luggage delivery service? It is, after all, one of the greatest inventions of all time.  All you have to do is check your baggage the way you normally would and then go to the Magical Express counter when you get to the airport. You'll give the cast member your baggage claim tickets and they'll pick up your bags for you and have them shipped to your room. If you're worried that it might take too long this way, don't be:  You'll still get your luggage within the usual time frame.
